Shipping Policy

We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

Free shipping on orders over $45. Orders under $45 ship for a flat $5.95.

Every order is packed and sent directly from our fulfillment partner. Here's what to expect:

• Processing: 1–3 business days

• Delivery: usually 7–12 business days after your order ships

• Tracking: as soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link

 

Gift Sets: the items in a set are sent separately, so they may arrive in more than one package, a day or two apart.

Ordering for the holidays? To receive your order by Christmas, please order by December 10. We'll do everything we can to get it to you in time, but carrier delays can happen during the busy season.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to love every piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us at hello@softheartpets.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send anything back.

Changed your mind? Let us know within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund the item price. No need to send it back.

​

Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
